Once you have booked a session you will receive an email with a link to join your Initial Assessment. - Initial Assessment
During the Initial assessment your PT will assess your injury and create an exercise plan for you. - Supervised Treatment
You will be supervised in real-time by your physical therapist t to ensure proper form and technique while completing your exercises.
